I'm really curious about how these rules are developed, enforced, and by whom. We gonna paint an area for the band and tie a tape 10 feet away? Crowds limited to 1/2 capacity? So if the visitor side is 1/4 full, the home side can be 3/4? Glad I don't have to make those rules, REALLY glad I don't have to enforce them!
