Region 1
Wow, flip a coin. All of the power moved east to region 2. New Home has the athletes and Panhandle has the tradition. Post will be lucky to get out of non-district with only 2 losses. 2A division 1 will be fun to watch with the juggernaut’s at the top Ganado/Shiner probably playing the championship game early in the playoffs. I like Ganado/Shiner to come out of region 4. For us and many it'll come down to being healthy.

Panhandle has "the tradition?"
They are barely above .500 in their playoff history. They did have a run in the 80's in which they made a state final and lost.
17 playoff season as a "1-and-done."
13 losses in the 2nd round.
and 1 2nd round win against Flomot. LOL.
Yes it takes a lot of wins in District to make the playoffs 39 times since 1935. They just haven't done much in the post season.

Could be their year for a long run. Region 1 is WIDE open for the taking. I looked up Panhandle’s last 20 year's and you are correct, not very good in the playoffs. Do you have a take on who could win it?
