2025 Softball season is here! Gonna be a fun one! Below I shared the top 10 rankings. No surprise here to see Shiner back at number 1. They only lost 4 seniors from that state championship last season. Only 2 of which were starters. Plus seeing Weimar and Ganado in the top 10 as well. That district is always beyond tough! Here’s to a great 2025 season!

Shiner girls started off the season this past weekend. Still not sure of all of the games they may or may not have played. Or even if these scores are all correct. Some of these come from MaxPreps which sadly aren’t always accurate lol. But it’s all I have at the moment. Rice Consolidated tourney was this past weekend.

Shiner 15-1 over Brazos
Shiner 16-3 over Rice Consolidated
Cuero 7-6 over Shiner

Yesterday’s score, first home game of the year. And first game the entire team are together. Basketball playoffs ended this past Friday for the Lady Comanches.
