We are pretty sure all 6 of us in the house have it. I'm doing pretty good but able to stay away from my in-laws while my wife and her 2 brothers are their caretakers. Wife started showing the same symptoms about a week ago, so is still getting through the congestion and runny nose. Thankfully our symptoms have been mild. Archer County doesn't have a health department if we were in Wichita county they would be calling us every day to monitor our symptoms. I have to take my temperature every day and report it as well as my symptoms to work. We are hanging in there. Sucks to be "locked" in the house. I am feeling well enough that I take 10-15 minute walk breaks outside during my "lunch" break from work.

If you feel it starting to get into your lungs do the breathing exercises they gave you. Hopefully you don't need this , but make sure you are not alone. This virus can take you from little symptoms to down that dark rabbit hole in a hurry. It personally took me almost a week to get over it, but it took around two months to really get back to 100% due to the chronic fatigue.
Breathing exercises? I tested through my Dr's office, then received a call the next day when the test came back positive telling me to treat the symptoms OTC. They told me if I had chest pains or difficulty breathing to go to the ER. My positive test came back last Wednesday, so I've probably had it for about 2 weeks as previous to my test I just thought it was an upper respiratory infection I typically get every year.

Yes breathing exercises. If you get it bad , take big breaths let it in and out. Everything about the virus, for the people who get it bad, wants you to lay down and do nothing. My 20 year old kid got it in college, and she got it bad too for about a month. She is better now. She was the idiot ( lol ) who said when she got it ," It was about time she caught the virus. " So I guess she jinxed herself. She has now got a 50,000 dollar medical bill for 3 ER visits per ambulance rides.

Hopefully both of you go through it a-systematically.

Thanks guys!

The worst part for me is the headaches and being tired. It was getting worse every day, but today seems to be about same as yesterday. I will say it is nowhere close to as bad as I was in March. This time it is just like a bad cold.

Feeling better today. Still tired, coughing and get winded fast. At least headache is gone.
