Our boys stayed around to watch the games the next day... With all the kids, players, band members, & cheerleaders, we had three charter buses. When they got ready to leave, the last charter bus was involved in a small fender bender in the parking lot... He ran over a car, yes you read that correctly, a car... It was wedged up under the bus so bad that they had to send for another bus.

Shout out to Dr. Cassidy McBrayer - Hawley Superintendent, she did a great job of letting the parents know that the kids would be late returning due to a minor fender bender. It was handled very well and told that all the kids were safe and unharmed.

Yes, everyone was alright, and I believe the fender bender happened before anyone actually boarded this bus, the dang driver just ran over a car pulling through the parking lot and wedged it up under it...
