Re: Enrollment numbers
Floydada in D3 and NewHome in D4 would hopefully be switched. Take Sundown if necessary to the other District to give New Home a closer rival along with Post.
Floydada should be grouped with Abernathy and Hale Center. The Whirlwinds could even go in Dist 1, if we don't want to move New Home/ Sundown. They have been district mates with Tulia many times in the past.
Not saying any of your mock is wrong, and mine is right; but it's what I would do.
In 2ADII,
Move Morton out of that 8 team district and place them in D4 with Plains. That would even out R1 a little better.

Re: Enrollment numbers
There’s no telling what the UIL will do lol. I just put everything on a map, and put the closest bunches together where I thought they made sense. When it comes to rivals and what not. I haven’t a clue outside of my area here lol.TroRAntelope wrote: ↑Mon Dec 29, 2025 8:48 pm Floydada in D3 and NewHome in D4 would hopefully be switched. Re: Enrollment numbers
Created by Microsoft Co-pilot
Div I
Panhandle, Amarillo Highland Park, Sanford-Fritch, Sunray, Spearman, Tulia, Farwell

The groupings were created by Microsoft Co-pilot but I did change a couple of district numbers. For Instance the teams in Div 1, D3 were grouped as D13, which is possible they could be R4, I thought they were a "better" fit in R1 versus D5 which was grouped as D3 and D6 was grouped as D4. I just don't see Region I going all the way across the northern part of the state! In Div II I flipped D8 and D9, in R4 I flipped their D16 and D14 to D14 and D16.

Calipari was on the right track with his 7 minute rant. It may not solve all ills, but it would end this clown era of unlimited free agency.TroRAntelope wrote: ↑Mon Dec 29, 2025 10:11 pm Very cool to look at, and thanks for taking the cut at the groupings...

Re: Enrollment numbers
Then you have those that try the Pro Draft and don't make it and wind up playing professional basketball in China and realize they can make more money playing college ball so they want their eligibility back...ganadofan1 wrote: ↑Wed Dec 31, 2025 10:55 am I want to have a 1 time penalty free transfer then sit out 1 year each transfer after that.
My college team's QB is leaving after starting his Fresh and sophomore year, guess we should have known better when he attended 4 different high schools!

Wow. 4 high schools. The NCAA has no authority. Wonder if it'll get that way with the UIL one day?
