Hallettsville 41 Shiner 8, Comanches are riddled with injuries here in the early going… 4 starters on the sidelines in just their jersey to start the season. Found another one got hurt and may have just quit instead of trying to return… so he can focus on baseball… heard a few stories like that in Comancheland… a few more got banged up tonight too… If they can survive till district, I saw some encouraging signs that they will be decent come district time.

Albany made it just 22-21 good defense,offense ok

Your right. The defence did really well expecially in that second half. Offence is trying to gel together but I'm still impressed because Trinity Christian was better than last year from the look of it and the offense still found ways to get through them. Hope the guys take the win and realize they beat a good football team from a tough situation. Good experience for the rest of the season.
