J.C. won at Mason 6-2 last night. Slawinski had 14 Ks in 7 IP. The Mason radio guy radared Slawinski's fastballs and they went as high as 95 mph. Tuesday the Eagles play the Punchers at home.

J.C. loses to Mason 9-4. I'm not sure what has been going on because the talent is there, but something just hasn't been working this season. With playoffs drawing near the Eagles are really in need of a turnaround.

There’s currently a 3-way tie between Ganado, Flatonia and Shiner in their district lol. All 3 have 2 losses. Gonna be an interesting finish.

Collinsville just won their 40th straight district game, 3 straight undefeated district titles, and ace pitcher Logan Jenkins has thrown 58 straight scoreless innings at this point. Pirates are entering the playoffs hot.

They are looking scary. I think the only team that will pose a true threat to them in the region is Valley Mills, but I see the Pirates winning that matchup.

J.C. finishes 2nd in district with a 20-0 win over Center Point. The Eagle bats were on fire in this one with 21 hits, 7 doubles, and 1 HR. Jacobs notched his 350th career strikeout in this one. J.C. seems to be peaking right in time for playoffs, but pitching took a massive hit with the loss of Slawinski who will be out with an injury. If the Eagles stay hot, they can probably make another run, but pitching depth is now a major concern heading into the playoffs. It appears Holland will be their first round opponent and it looks to be a tough series that could either way.

Yeah unfortunately he is and it happened in track from what I heard. He was in a boot and crutches at the game last night. I really feel for him and the team.
