Tolar very quietly winning. They beat a very good Comanche squad last week 45-14.

Coleman bit off more than they can chew in 3A Llano. However, Coleman got better for playing them.

That Llano team is a terrible matchup for any 2A school. 40 players dressed for a non district game. Some 5A schools don't have 40 players dressed before district or playoffs. Then they ran a no huddle hurry up on top of that. I tried to pay close attention, and I didn't see any players playing both ways. Must be nice to have 22 different starters and then 18 guys sitting on the bench waiting to play some special teams. To Coleman's credit they held 3A Llano to less points than a 5A school and a 4A school did. And that's with Coleman making that long road trip. Coleman's offense wasn't as terrible as the score appears. Had a touchdown stolen from us. Ref at the front pilon called it a touchdown and the ref by the goalpost waved it off. Video was very clear tho. Then Llano stuffed us on a 1st and goal situation as well. So with a play here or there Coleman could of made it look respectable but it wasn't.

Always a tough night when you see the opponent come out of the tunnel and it looks like a parade..🥺

Been seeing Carlisle ranked as high as third. Should be a good game here in a few weeks. Maybe we'll be at full strength and can make a game out of it.

Yeah we played without our defensive captian and two way starter last night in our win over 3a Lone Oak..they were fast and swarmed to the ball..we are getting better, maybe we can give some of the perennial powers a good game down the line sometime. The boys are just trying to get better every game,as we all know (mart) is out there prowling around region 3...lol 😂 😂
