Chilton Forfeiting Games?

Saw on 2A Facebook page that Chilton will be forced to forfeit 3 district games due to an illegal player. They’re going to Austin to file an appeal. But if upheld they have to win this week by a certain amount of points to make a tie breaker. Which would likely put them in a first round matchup with Falls City… any info on this?

UIL State Executive Committee Meeting Results

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

AUSTIN, TX — The State Executive Committee of the University Interscholastic League met Friday for an Emergency Meeting to determine possible rules violations.

It was determined that a student-athlete from Chilton High School did establish residency in the school’s attendance zone. Chilton High School will not forfeit any contests.

Lol wow, well glad the UIL took care of that. Don’t even tell me that Granger might’ve had something to do with this again… I heard all about the situation with Burton, and Granger was mentioned plenty over that one. Funny they’re in the district where this was possibly happening again…
