I Like Refugio in this one. they have been very consistent in the level of play all year and even more so in the playoff till that war of a game against shiner. Timpson has in the regular season too but in the playoffs the more they go the lower the margin of victory has been.

Tough call, but my money's on Refugio. Seems I hear a lot about Bussey, but not many other Timpson players, are they a 1-man team? Refugio's usually pretty balanced.
Wouldn't mind seeing a Crawford - Refugio rematch.

Refugio has an all time high in most victories for a reason.

Refugio is very balanced. Power, speed, running, passing, defense, coaching, traditon. Etc.

That poor kid from Timpson. He slipped on that 4th down. Refugio won the end of the game just like last week. They were able to pull it out again this week. They don't give up. They keep playing. Good luck next week.

Refugio returns a bunch too, hate to say it. This was most likely Timpsons best chance too. I know Timpson returns Bussey and Howard. But who else?

They return pretty much everyone. I think they are losing two starters, none of which being their skill kids. They HAVEE to get better on the lines. They have unreal athletes for a 2A school but their line play has been a bit suspect all year.

I can already foresee a rematch between them and Refugio in the semis next year again. And I agree with your comment on the lines. I had a feeling that might cost them down the road. I knew they graduated a bunch on their lines from last season. They will be solid next season though.
