I'm guessing the short two week spike in cancellations were due to the three day Labor day weekend .

Ganado has one player sitting due to his family member having covid. Not fair but what can you do?

Baylor and the big 12 did my UofH dirty. They cancelled our game for tomorrow!! Luckily I didn't get a hotel yet but idk how I will get my money back if they are going to try and reschedule it.

When our HC was asked about district game cancellations, his response was that the UIL gives you five days between games. It could become a problem if it’s the last district game.

Hico's district is playing 2nd to last game on a Thursday, and last game on a Wednesday. That dives two chances to make up games if needed. If no make-up games need in district, then last game is on Friday.

He said they talked about starting district during the bye week.
