Out of their minds, and I use the term "minds" very loosely.

Re: Division II Alignment
Region 4 got a little tougher with Bremond and Chilton dropping into the region.

Re: Division II Alignment
I figured Brackettville dropping down would have some drastic effects on D2 Region 4. D13 and 14 are by far the toughest districts in that region.

Alto & Price Carlisle moved down. Region 4 is tougher with Chilton and Bremond.Windthorstfan wrote: ↑Thu Feb 03, 2022 10:21 pmHow did region 3 get tougher? Who am I missing? Bremond and Chilton both moved to Region 4. Which made region 4 tougher.

UIL must have had a big party the night before realignment was released. No way anyone in their right minds would have come up with where FC ended up.

When you look at it from a Macro standpoint, you can kind of understand how they came up with what they did.beaver gal wrote: ↑Sat Feb 19, 2022 7:04 pm UIL must have had a big party the night before realignment was released. That being said it all started with Region I only having 24 teams and then UIL having to place the remaining 79 teams into regions. To me in both Div I and Div II they had Regions I, II, and III completed and then it was like hmm, how are we going to group these together. Thus you wind up with District 14 in both Div I and II with some head scratchers!!
Average Distance between District Foes
Lasara 133 (District 16, 6 teams)
Wink 130.5 (District 5, 7 teams)
Lovelady 118.8 (District 12, 6 teams)
Eldorado 114.8 (District 5, 7 teams)
Booker 113.3 (District 1, 5 teams)
Santo 109.50 (District 8, 7 teams)
Falls City 109.2 (District 14, 7 teams)
Water Valley 107.8 (District 5, 7 teams)
Iraan 105.8 (District 5, 7 teams)
Snook 104.7 (District 14, 7 teams)
