Not sure how huge of an upset that would be. Maxpreps has Ropes ranked 32nd and Bovina 44th, on paper they seem to be somewhat even. Bovina has definitely played the tougher schedule. According to DCTF both teams returned 7 starters on both sides of the ball. Bovina won this game last year 34-7 in Ropes first year in 11 man football.

Coleman will roll Goldthwaite, and will give Cisco a fight for the district title.

That's why that game intrigued me. Tradition vs the Upstart. Might be a blowout for the Bluecats. Goldy might say, "Not so fast my friend!"

The Bluecats have a good defense. It should be a good matchup next week with Cisco.
We run the same defense week after week after week.
I remember when we played good defense in Goldthwaite.
