Actually if someone actually went to that players house and does something bad Law Enforcement could pull IP address and track the computer it was sent from and prosecute them. I read about a forum where a guy attacked another user and they tracked him down and arrested him.

Yessir I do believe your correct. I was more referring to punishment by banning from FSSW. All those people will do is use a different computer or phone if their IP gets banned.
