UIL is going to allow the recording of games. I think there will be limited seating options for fans. Band members immediate family, football, and cheerleaders, etc. No cousins, uncles, etc. Mom, dad, and siblings.

Where did you see that? I read the legislative committee notes and didn't see anything about that.

Haven't seen anything about allowing televising of games. I have seen they are considering the temporary suspension prohibiting live broadcasts during regular season of Friday night games. The official press release stated until UIL releases official information regarding implementation, the rule remains in place.

Here’s an article saying that they did in fact suspend the rule this season already.

I have seen this happen multiple times for workouts and stuff. What are the plans of the tea, uil, school districts when a kid or two or more gets covid-19? Right now they shut everything down for 2 weeks. I don't see how we can have school or sports if someone gets covid and they shut it all down for two weeks at a school. We may spend more time out of school than in school the way schools are handling the current situation.

Same article states:
Until the UIL releases official information regarding implementation around this issue, the current rule remains in place. Pending guidance from state authorities, further information will be forthcoming prior to the start of the 2020 football season.

Unfortunately it may not at this rate and likely won't until next year. This upcoming year's seniors may not play any sports. I missed a game my sophomore year against East Bernard because of Hurricane Rita.
