With Shiner advancing to the Baseball State Tournament I am 99.9999% sure they have locked up the Lone Star Cup

Is that up to date?

The first update UIL put out was 5/26 as they have been working "remotely" due to Covid. I looked the other day and the information was from 2019-20.

The scoring in my first post includes the below events.
Standings include:
Team Tennis, Cross Country, Marching Band, Volleyball, Robotics BEST, Football, Congress, Spirit, Swimming & Diving, Wrestling, Film, Basketball, Soccer, One-Act Play, Theatrical Design, Track & Field, Golf, Tennis

Pretty sure that leaves only Softball and Baseball. Using the Top 25 teams my second post contains the points for Softball and baseball

WAIT - I don't see Academics.

Mason scored at 8 points in Academics for the State Meet and 4 more for Spring Meet District Championship

Shiner won the District Spring Meet as well so they receive 4 more points.

If my scoring is correct: Mason and Shiner are tied with 71 points.


Official Tie Breakers
If two schools in the same classification finish the UIL Athletic/Academic year tied atop the UIL Lone Star Cup point standings, the overall winner will be determined as follows:

1. Most Overall State Championships in all activities included in the UIL Lone Star Cup program
2. Most Total Points received in the State Academic Meet
3. Most District championships in all Team Sports included in the UIL Lone Star Cup program
