:flags-texas:

I know we have score threads and the like, but let’s make this a general discussion.

I’ll start.

Give me one bold prediction for your school, your district, your region and the state (state can be all classifications if you wish). It can be team level or down to a player (all district, region, state).

What Texas teams make the CFB playoffs?

Ganado wins our 2nd state championship in football. If we stay healthy. Weimar beats out Kenedy for 3rd place... Ganado, Shiner, Weimar, and Kenedy all make the 3rd round.

Ganado avenges a 2011 "state championship" loss to Mason in the title game.

If Ganado stays healthy, they will compete with the 1985 Bears and 2005 Texas Longhorns as possibly one of the greatest teams in football history. Sorry Shiner and Weimar you guys will unfortunately only be the 2nd and 3rd best teams in history because there can only be one number #1.

You are right about there only being number 1 and it might not be Ganado. Muenster, Shiner, Joaquin, Mason are all legit and can win it.

Don't even try to bring up other teams. Shiner. Ganado and Weimar are the only teams that can be discussed on this site. They have unbelievable move ins, greatest coaches and freshmen that are better than most NFL players. That is what I read all off season. No need to back track now.

All 2a team fans are welcome here. Idk why more don't show up.
A Joaquin fan shows up here and there. Sometimes Falls City do but they haven't been on here like years past. I'd like Refugio, Mart, Muenster, and Mason fans to come by.

Professor Jones will be around before long from Refugio.

Because there is no reason to talk about anyone else after we hear about the heroics of Ganado, Shiner and Weimar.

He isn’t wrong, Shiner and Ganado definitely have shots at the state title this season. Doesn’t mean they will win it though. Lol! No one has ever said that. You’re just a sad troll.

I am curious about Weimar's baseball and softball this next year. I think the baseball is supposed to rebound and be really good again. I personally prefer Weimar to have a good baseball team. It feels weird when they miss the playoffs.

Baseball made the playoffs this past year. It was the year before they didn’t. It will be back to solid but not elite. Weimar stole 2x State Championship and 320 win Jacob Hooker from a 4A school and he will be in year 1.

Softball is going through a 3 year drought in terms of arm talent. They are entering year 2 of it.
