Refugio in a 8 team district means only 3 non-district games. Nice for down years to roll district.

Yeah, Refugio got lucky in my opinion. They should keep winning their district. Won’t save them in the playoffs though lol.

No surprise on the Football side.

Huge surprise on the Basketball side adding Yorktown and Danbury.

Having to drive to Dbury for Basketball and Football next year makes me want to punch a nun.

Crazy how good some districts are relative to others.

Don't be surprised to see Danbury in the baseball and softball new district too. Danbury has had some good baseball and softball teams

. Refugio got a breather and hide their decline with 8 team district. I know this is a 2A chat but have some notes on the area teams. Schulenburg got a easier district as they move up. Hallettsville got rid of a major headache moving into Region 4. and Edna moving to Region 3 is wild. For the 2A schools, everything else is chalky.
