Bremond vs Chilton

Goldthwaite played both of these teams I can tell you for sure that Bremond is the better of the two. We were certainly not prepared to play them on Friday night which is obvious by the lopsided score. However I think we should have played them a lot closer. I don’t think we could have beat them. They are a very talented team and are well coached. They just need to clean up their penalties and they will probably be playing Shiner again in the semi finals again. At one point in the game they had more penalty yards than we had in offensive yards. They turned a 60 plus scoring yard drive into a 80 plus yards because of their penalties. And yet they were still able to score.
Chilton is a totally different type of team. Their defense is strong but I don’t think they can stop Bremond with all of their weapons. Chiltons offense is very one dimensional and Bremond was able to shutdown our one dimensional offense. So I don’t expect them to have any trouble there.
Nonetheless I think it will be a good game for a while but I believe that Bremond is the best team we have faced all season.

It will definitely be Chilton's biggest challenge so far. Hopefully it will be Bremond's as well. Watching both teams highlights against Mart i feel like Chilton. But the Goldthwaite games definitely tips the scales toward Bremond. Hopefully the fact that not many outside of Chilton give the Pirates a chance will motivate them. Haven't been to a game in years but i'd love to see this one. Go Pirates!

Chilton has a good team. I think Bremond wins but Chilton could pull off the mild upset. MILD.
