I remember being made the Region 4 Ambassador a few years back. And well I’ve dropped the ball! I have fallen behind on my duties lol! I’ll put forth a game of the week in each decision in region 4 and perhaps a few others to watch.

For week 3: GOTW

Division 1: #5 3AD1 Edna @ #1 Refugio

Anytime we get these type of top 10 matchups from across classes. It’s just worth the nod! I imagine it will be standing room only in Refugio this Friday night!

Division 2: #8 3AD2 Poth @ #2 Shiner Comanches

Much like the matchup above. Top 10s from different classifications. Just draws the nods! Another with standing room only this Friday! And possibly a barnburner to note!

Weimar @ 3AD2 Rice Consolidated

Weimar appears to be much improved this year. If they continue to show some dominance this week. It might start to paint a picture of how good they really are.

#2 Ganado @ 3AD2 East Bernard

The Barnyard is typically a tough place to play! Can’t wait to see how the defending champs react to this atmosphere.

Ganado EB will be interesting and a tossup. Both teams are struggling defensively, especially EB. Tough road game.

If Weimar wins comfortably that is going to be scary and I'd move them up to win district.

Edna qb is out vs Refugio l. Have Refugio in a close one. Should be another classic batttle.

Poth Shiner will be epic as it normally is. Shiner I think wins a close one.

All 4 games could go either way.
