Do you think what has happened with the Marlins will change anything for us? The more sports that open now could really hurt football if they keep getting sick.

With the revamping of schedules, the teams in District 3-5A DII all are playing a 9 game schedule. This gives them some leeway if a game needs to be rescheduled.

Shiner needs a game I just found out. Poth is playing an in district season only. Not sure of the details that district is doing

Ganado is playing 8 games only now. We dropped Refugio, East Bernard, and Palacios and picked up Burton. I only show us as having 1 scrimmage also.

Somerville ISD had a student-athlete test positive for Covid-19.

Taft ISD has also had students test positive.

I don't personally agree with taking seasons away or large parts of it due to one positive test. If you have 5 or more on a team I'd say then but then again I am not Dr. Faucci. lol
