SB2? How will this affect athletics?

I’ve seen no one talk about this. I personally could see some not so honest practices by many private schools across the state to improve their academic and athletic programs by getting very selective once they fill their classrooms. Lot of questions to ask here… Also, how many new private schools pop up, how many existing ones add on? This could absolutely gut the public school system. Any thoughts?

It’s not cheap to run a school, so I don’t think you see schools pop up as a cash grab. I think Charter Schools are more of a concern probably not from a football perspective but we have seen have success in other sports. Waco Meyer in the middle of Waco has won the boys X-Country and boys basketball state championship this year.

Didn’t think about the charter schools, that sure could be an issue.
