If Albany or Anson was looking, San Saba was looking for this week also.

Kind of late but Haskell at Hamlins homecoming was cancelled. Not sure if Haskell can play this week or not.

Read a rumor that 4 of the Joaquin coaches tested positive. Haven’t heard about a cancellation yet.

Well, at least they got to party. We’ve had kids who were exposed to someone who was exposed to someone who tested positive. Two negative tests each, and still had to sit out 14 days.

With all of these schools having to miss games due to Covid it is a wonder that they do not just cancel the playoffs. The best teams in the state could lose it all if they are grounded for 2 weeks when the playoff starts. The state champ could end up a mediocre team that either are really lucky, or cheat by not turning in when their kids get sick.

If they do drop they playoffs they should let all schools continue the season until December and let the teams that want to play enjoy games until then.

This of course is just my ramblings. I have not heard anything about not having playoffs.

I think most teams are playing as of now 80% or more of games are still going on. Likely closer to 90% of games. It is going about as well as you could hope for in my opinion.
