I agree. Ganado's longest tenured headcoach was Monty Althaus from 1995-2000 for 6 years. That is crazy but our head coaches here use it as a stepping stone or get fired.

I was hoping and still do that Ervin can give us 20 here. I told him personally he was the next Jason Herring last January when Herrin retired . He laughed.

Shiner won state in 2004, went to state and lost to Windthorst 28-27 in 2003
