Goose Island State Park

Post by Comanchealumni06 »

This one is where I had my introduction to saltwater fishing as a kid. They have a few large fishing piers available if you don’t have a boat. Located just north of Rockport-Fulton on the north side of Copano Bay. Also on the little peninsula you can find The Big Tree, which is believed to be the oldest Live Oak Tree in Texas. Which is believed to be anywhere from 1000 to 2000 years old.
