Quay Stokes - Hawley Bearcats' 4 Year Starter

He joined the 10,000 yard club tonight...

Just four weeks after breaking his leg and having a plate and 7 screws put into his leg, he returned tonight to lead the Bearcats to a good non-district win against Seymour.

He was 21 of 23, for 271 yards passing and two touchdowns.
He had 61 yards rushing and two rushing touchdowns.
Quay ended up with four touchdowns and 10,058 yards so far in his career...
Continued Prayers of Recovery For Casey @ Refugio & Scott Akins @ James Bowie Go Bearcats !!! **== **== **== **== **==

Rick Frauenberger, Grapeland HS
13 of 17, 311 yards, 3 TD, 23.9 average (passing)
6 carries for 37 yards, 2 TD

Grapeland was down by two scores at halftime to a very scrappy Maud Squad.. Led the Sandies to a 48 point second half and a 62 to 42 victory.
