PLEASE NOTE WE "HAVE ONE FINAL REGULAR SEASON POLL, PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR TEAM SEAON by this Saturday.

Hopefully, the polls reflect the final regular season records accurately. All of the following polls will be top ten only modified twice a week until the state tournament. Remember the Final poll of the season is after state and is based entirely on how your team fared in post season play."

COMMENTS:

"LaGrange is number on in USA Today while both TGCA and Maxpreps have Deer Park on top.

Class 2A just keeps getting wilder as defending champion Shiner smacked former champion Weimar 15-6. Harleton falls out of the top spot not because they aren’t very good but competition wise the other teams have tougher districts and it all goes into the ratings.

Florence shutout Lago Vista 10-0 to improve to 18-3 on the season. While USA Today top ranked LaGrange just keeps winning, their district is shaking out after Caldwell got a three run homerun by Casey Kauder who also pitched the shutout as Caldwell beat Giddings 4-0 to seal second place for the victorious Hornets while the Buffaloes will finish third in a very competitive district.

Out West Midland is leading District 3-6A followed by Permian with Odessa third. El Paso Parkland handed El Paso Eastlake their first loss of the year while Pampa is leading District 1-4A over Bushland.

Deer Park is back on top in Class 6A after San Benito lost to Brownsville Veteran’s Memorial 4-2. The Lady Hounds rebounded to drill Lopez 15-0 in their next outing. Belton’s Sidney Holman ran her consecutive batters retired to 57 while pitching four straight no hitters as Belton crushed Ellison 10-0. Facing her last 149 hitters Holman has fanned 127 and has not allowed an earned run since February 27.

Santa Fe rallied to beat Fort Bend Ridge Point 4-3 in district action.

Krum beat Gainesville and Celina to improve to 19-5-1 leading district by three games with two to play. In central Texas, Austin Bowie will win District 14-6A as the Dawgs are up three games with two to play. Westlake and Hays are second and third while Crockett is two games up with two to [lay over Cedar Creek with Bastrop in third place in 26-5A. Dripping springs has clinched 25-6A but Georgetown, Leander and Cedar Park are all in the hunt for second place. Burnet beat Liberty Hill while Elgin beat Hutto 7-0 to take the lead in 17-5A. San Marcos and Lockhart are even on top in 27-5A while Cedar Ridge is up two with two to play in 13-6A.

West Hardin scored three unearned runs in the bottom of the seventh inning to hand Evadale their first district loss in 22 games. Rio Hondo defeated La Feria 6-2. Shallowater beat Littlefield 10-0 and Dimmit 21-0 to improve to 24-5-1 overall.

Salado is proving to be their own worst enemies as unearned runs continue to plague the Lady Eagles who lost to Liberty Hill and won a 9-8 game. Ralls beat New Deal 13-0 and Floydada 15-5 to close out their regular season at 18-4 overall and 11-1 in district play.

Lufkin’s Alex Flores is 21-1 on the season as Lufkin is 27-2 after crushing Nacogdoches 10-0 and White hop sue 11-0. Hardin stayed hot by beating Buna 6-2 and Deweyville 11-1.

Bolin has outscored their last seven opponents 88-0 in district play including a win over Danbury.

Good news for Hallsville as they beat Texarkana Texas and Mount Pleasant but Hallsville ace Hailee Hollan tore her ACL and is out for an undetermined period. Hollan is 16-0 on the season."

Shiner Lady Comanches beat Weimar Lady Wildcats 2 to 1 for the #1 seeding for the playoffs!Should be another good run for both teams in the playoffs and will most probably meet again to see who gets back to Austin !

GO BIG C !

It'll all play out soon enough, only two on here I've seen play are Shiner and Weimar, you better bring your A game to beat one of those two right now.
