I'll take Iola over Crawford in the final. Note that my history of making predictions is not very good lol.

I like Crawford. Their schedule is impressive. Losses were to 6A schools and 4A State Qualifier Glen Rose. Crawford has wins over 4A Region tournament qualifier Caldwell 25-21, 16-25, 25-13, 25-13. They also beat 3A Region Finalist Jewett Leon in tournament play 25-20, 19-25, 25-19.

Jewett Leon will be dropping back down to 2A in next alignment.

I like Crawford too, they are good, but I just couldn't bet against the 2-time defending champs knowing they bring back most of their starters. Jewett Leon has always been good, any division, so that makes 2A better next year.

Crawford coaches were scouting in the stands that Saturday at Archer City when we played them the first time this year. Curious if their scouting will payoff vs AC in the semi round.

Archer over Crawford....you beat Windthorst and you have a great chance
Iola over Burton...their experience the past 3 years gives them the nod
Archer wins it all in 4 over Iola

Not saying they won't win but Iola did lose the MVP from the State Championship game as well as their other All-Tournament selection from last year.

You may be right. I watched it last night and the "Bevel" (sp) sisters played very well in Iola's victory over Burton. Iola still has a great defense. Having said that, Crawford looked better than I expected in their victory over Archer City. Tonight's championship match should be a very good one.

The was a 75% chance 1 of the 3 of us were going to be right!!! Granted knowing Iola had defeated Burton fairly easily in the season almost made it a 100% chance that we had the winner picked between the three of us!!
